Hanfa holds annual training for representatives of securities issuers
Hanfa’s annual training for issuers of securities listed on the Zagreb Stock Exchange was held on 18 May 2026, in co-organisation with the Central Depository and Clearing Company (CDCC) and the Zagreb Stock Exchange. This year’s event, held for the seventeenth consecutive year, once again brought together numerous issuer representatives and capital market experts, who had the opportunity to learn more about regulatory updates and to discuss the challenges they face in the market.
The programme was opened with introductory remarks by Jurica Jednačak, a member of the Hanfa Board, and Dora Matošić, President of the Management Board of the CDCC.
In the first part of the programme, Ivana Gažić, President of the ZSE Management Board, presented potential amendments to the ZSE Rules, which will follow amendments to the Capital Market Act. Regulatory developments and their impact on issuers were also presented by Andreja Hašček, Head of Hanfa’s Issuers Supervision Department.
The event also featured an update on the activities of the Issuers’ Association at the Croatian Chamber of Economy, with an emphasis on the importance of cooperation and representation of issuers’ interests. Experts from the CDCC presented new functionalities and improvements regarding the holding of companies’ general meetings, including other practical information relevant to issuers’ day-to-day business.
