Hanfa launches consultation on the final proposal for Accepted Market Practices on the Zagreb Stock Exchange
The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (Hanfa) has launched a public consultation on the final proposal of the document “Introduction of Accepted Market Practice (MAR AMP) on the Zagreb Stock Exchange”, prepared with the aim of fostering liquidity and supporting the further development of the Croatian capital market.
The final consultation document is the outcome of an extensive dialogue with market participants carried out by Hanfa over the past period through a series of workshops, meetings and consultations with representatives of investment firms, issuers, the Zagreb Stock Exchange and other relevant capital market stakeholders.
The accepted market practice establishes a framework for activities aimed at supporting the liquidity of financial instruments in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR), based on clearly defined rules, transparency requirements and regulatory oversight. Its objective is to increase the liquidity of financial instruments, improve the price formation process and enhance the attractiveness of the domestic capital market for issuers and investors.
Interested market participants may submit their comments on the discussion document “Introduction of Accepted Market Practice (MAR AMP) on the Zagreb Stock Exchange” by 20 October 2026 via email at capital.markets@hanfa.hr, using the Comment Submission Form.
