Following the submission of a notification confirming the registration of the relevant activity in the Court Register, the entity will be entered in the Register of Entities Authorised to Provide Crypto-Asset Services (MiCA) and may begin carrying out the activities for which it has obtained authorisation.

Legend – Services and Activities

"Crypto-asset services" means any of the following services and activities relating to any crypto-asset:

(KI1) Providing custody and administration of crypto-assets on behalf of clients

(KI2) Operation of a trading platform for crypto-assets

(KI3) Exchange of crypto-assets for funds

(KI4) Exchange of crypto-assets for other crypto-assets

(KI5) Execution of orders for crypto-assets on behalf of clients

(KI6) Placing of crypto-assets

(KI7) Reception and transmission of orders for crypto-assets on behalf of clients

(KI8) Providing advice on crypto-assets

(KI9) Providing portfolio management on crypto-assets

(KI10) Providing transfer services for crypto-assets on behalf of clients
