Further to the announcement of 11 September 2026, Hanfa informs investors in the ORCA BASON Fund that the competent United States Attorney’s Office has established a dedicated email address for investor inquiries concerning the ongoing proceedings.
The contact email address is USANYS.OraclumCase@usdoj.gov.
Investors may use this email address to obtain information about their rights in the proceedings, including options related to the recovery of their funds.
Information on the progress of the proceedings is also available on the website of the competent United States Attorney’s Office (https://www.justice.gov/usao-sdny/united-states-v-vukovic), where updates will be posted on a regular basis.
