Hanfa does not issue licences for consumer lending activities
During the course of its activities, Hanfa has identified certain entities claiming to have Hanfa’s licence to provide consumer credit services and consumer credit intermediation services.
We would like to inform the public that the issuance of special authorisations or licences for the provision of credit intermediation / consumer credit intermediation services, as well as for the provision of consumer credit services falls outside the scope of Hanfa’s competence. Hanfa does not issue licences for the pursuit of consumer credit activities or for the provision of consumer credit intermediation services.
Registers of entities authorised to provide credit intermediation services are available on the websites of the Ministry of Finance and the Croatian National Bank.
