As of 20 March, communication with Hanfa by e-mail only

In order to minimize the risk of the coronavirus spread and to protect the health and safety of citizens, we are asking all legal and natural persons to, as of 20 March 2020, send all documents (statements, reports, notifications…) to Hanfa, exclusively by e-mail to pisarnica@hanfa.hr, and not by delivering it to Hanfa’s physical address.
It is important to keep in mind that this is a temporary measure and that all the documents submitted electronically will have to subsequently be submitted in the original form to Hanfa's Filing and Records Office, after the end of extraordinary circumstances.
Supervised entities which normally submit their reports using Hanfa’s web interface should continue to do so, and only in case of technical problems they may deliver their reports by e-mail to pisarnica@hanfa.hr.
In addition, all official Hanfa's communications intended for supervised entities and other parties will be sent electronically to the official e-mail addresses.
