80th Meeting

On 3 November 2026, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 80th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision on the intention to comply with the Guidelines on undertaking-specific parameters (EIOPA-BoS-25/249)
2. Decision on the intention to comply with the Guidelines on the treatment of related undertakings, including participations (EIOPA-BoS-25/522)
3. Decision on the intention to comply with the Guidelines on the exclusion of undertakings from the scope of group supervision (EIOPA-BoS-25/525)
