75th Meeting

On 28 August 2026, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 75th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision granting authorisation to the company SQ CAPITAL društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 54009254385, LEI: 74780060FBJISKZVMH34, to establish and manage the open-ended alternative investment fund without legal personality with private offering, titled SQ CL, otvoreni alternativni investicijski fond s privatnom ponudom
2. Decision partly revoking Hanfa Decision CLASS: UP/I 992-02/26-01/02, REGNO: 326-01-40-42-26-12 of 5 May 2026, namely point 1, subpoint b and point 4 of the operative part of the Decision by which the company UniCredit Invest d.o.o. za upravljanje UCITS fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 23889363045, LEI: 549300T0RFRCQ7Z21884, was granted authorisation to establish and manage an open-ended investment fund with public offering onemarkets Fund – onemarkets Target Maturity Fixed Income Fund 07/2031, as the sub-fund of onemarkets Fund umbrella UCITS, including the approval of the prospectus and the rules of that umbrella fund, adjusted with respect to the sub-fund onemarkets Fund – onemarkets Target Maturity Fixed Income Fund 07/2031, as well as the approval to appoint ZAGREBAČKA BANKA DIONIČKO DRUŠTVO, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 92963223473, LEI: PRNXTNXHBI0TSY1V8P17, as the depositary of that sub-fund, and the exception to invest up to 100% of of the net assets of the open-ended investment sub-fund with public offering onemarkets Fund – onemarkets Target Maturity Fixed Income Fund 07/2031 in bonds and money market instruments issued or guaranteed by the European Union Member States, Canada, Japan, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, and public international bodies whose members include one or more Member States
3. Decision granting authorisation to the company UniCredit Invest d.o.o. za upravljanje UCITS fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 23889363045, LEI: 549300T0RFRCQ7Z21884, to establish and manage the sub-fund onemarkets Fund – onemarkets UC Target Maturity Fixed Income 10/2031 Fund and to include the said sub-fund in the umbrella open-ended investment fund with public offering onemarkets Fund krovni UCITS fond, including the approval of the prospectus and the rules of that sub-fund, as well as approval to appoint ZAGREBAČKA BANKA DIONIČKO DRUŠTVO, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 92963223473, LEI: PRNXTNXHBI0TSY1V8P17, as the depositary of that sub-fund, and granting authorisation to invest up to 100% of the net asset value of the open-ended investment sub-fund with public offering onemarkets Fund – onemarkets UC Target Maturity Fixed Income 10/2031 Fund in bonds and money market instruments issued or guaranteed by the Federal Republic of Germany, the Kingdom of Belgium, the French Republic, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Italian Republic, Romania, the Republic of Croatia, the United States of America, and public international bodies to which one or more Member States of the European Union belong
4. Decision granting authorisation to the company UniCredit Invest d.o.o. za upravljanje UCITS fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 23889363045, LEI: 549300T0RFRCQ7Z21884, to establish and manage onemarkets Fund – onemarkets UC Target Maturity Fixed Income 11/2031 Fund and to include the said sub-fund in the umbrella open-ended investment fund with public offering onemarkets Fund umbrella UCITS, including the approval of the prospectus and the rules of that sub-fund, as well as the approval to appoint ZAGREBAČKA BANKA DIONIČKO DRUŠTVO, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 92963223473, LEI: PRNXTNXHBI0TSY1V8P17, as the depositary of that sub-fund, and granting authorisation to invest up to 100% of the net asset value of the open-ended investment sub-fund with public offering onemarkets Fund – onemarkets UC Target Maturity Fixed Income 11/2031 Fund in bonds and money market instruments issued or guaranteed by the Federal Republic of Germany, the Kingdom of Belgium, the French Republic, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Italian Republic, Romania, the Republic of Croatia, the United States of America, and public international bodies to which one or more Member States of the European Union belong
5. Decision correcting Hanfa Decision CLASS: UP/I 992-02/26-01/20, REGNO: 326-01-40-42-26-7 of 29 July 2026, concerning the company HRVATSKO MIROVINSKO INVESTICIJSKO DRUŠTVO društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje alternativnim investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Bakačeva ulica 5, by replacing the LEI: 747800Z0T4HBLXWBSS72 with the LEI: 74780070I09ZSW1MPV98
6. Decision granting authorisation to Georg Feldscher from Vienna, Austria to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the company Raiffeisen mirovinsko osiguravajuće društvo d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 42795279057, LEI: 5493007HS4TMDDH1EC15, for a term lasting 2 (two) years, running as of 14 October 2026
7. Decision granting authorisation to Judit Ágnes Havasi from Vienna, Austria to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the company Wiener osiguranje Vienna Insurance Group d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 52848403362, LEI: 54930041AKTSEYG3RV93, for a term lasting 4 (four) years, running as of the day of receipt of this Decision
