69th Meeting

On 22 May 2026, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 69th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision on the delivery of the report on the classification of investment funds
2. Decision on the intention to comply with the ESAs’ Joint Guidelines to ensure that consistency, long-term considerations and common standards for assessment methodologies are integrated into the stress testing of environmental, social and governance risks pursuant to Article 100(4) of Directive 2013/36/EU and Article 304c(3) of Directive 2009/138/EC (JC/GL/2025/78)
3. Instruction for the preparation and submission of financial and statistical reports by persons who have a licence to pursue insurance distribution business and/or reinsurance distribution business
4. Instruction for the preparation and submission of periodic statistical reports by third-country distributors
5. Decision granting authorisation to the company Eurizon Asset Management Croatia društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 73073960573, LEI: 549300DU2TJ72XCUUN84, for the establishment and management of Eurizon HR Target 2029 fond, open-ended investment fund with public offering, which includes the approval of the prospectus and rules of the Fund, as well as the approval for the selection of the depositary for the Fund – the company PRIVREDNA BANKA ZAGREB - DIONIČKO DRUŠTVO, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 02535697732, LEI: 549300ZHFZ4CSK7VS460; and granting exception to invest up to 60% of the net assets of Eurizon HR Target 2029 fond, open-ended investment fund with public offering, in transferable securities and money market instruments issued or guaranteed by the Republic of Italy
6. Decision granting authorisation to the company OTP invest društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 96261939721, LEI: 529900UAH2CC09VOZQ96, for the establishment and management of OTP MULTI EUR 2028 II otvoreni investicijski fond s javnom ponudom, open-ended investment fund with public offering, which includes the approval of the prospectus and rules of the Fund, as well as the approval for the selection of the depositary for the Fund – the company OTP banka dioničko društvo, with its registered office in Split, OIB: 52508873833, LEI: 5299005UJX6K7BQKV086; and granting exception to invest up to 50% of the net assets of OTP MULTI EUR 2028 II, open-ended investment fund with public offering, in transferable securities and money market instruments issued or guaranteed by Romania or the French Republic
7. Decision determining that the company ADRIATIC ZAGREB FACTORING d.o.o., Zagreb, OIB: 36856583241, has eliminated the illegalities and irregularities whose elimination was ordered by Hanfa’s Decision of 6 November 2025, by modifying the procedure for arranging the payment of due supplier claims, thereby aligning the payment process with the processes factoring companies may carry out pursuant to Article 21 of the Factoring Act (Official Gazette No 94/14 and 41/16), and by aligning its loan operations with Article 21 of the Factoring Act (Official Gazette No 94/14 and 41/16) by 31 March 2026; and terminating the off-site inspection of the Company (CLASS: UP/I 993-07/25-01/01)
8. Decision granting authorisation to Boris Erkapić from Zagreb to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company ADRIATIC OSIGURANJE d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 94472454976, LEI: 74780000904H51PVL664, Zagreb, for a term lasting 5 (five) years, running as of the day of his appointment
9. Decision granting authorisation to Tomislav Čizmić from Zagreb to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company EUROHERC osiguranje d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 22694857747, LEI: 74780000Q0NHK2O5DU16, for a term lasting 5 (five) years

11. Decision granting authorisation to Ivan Tolj from Zagreb to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the company Wiener osiguranje Vienna Insurance Group d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 52848403362, LEI: 54930041AKTSEYG3RV93, for a term lasting 4 (four) years, running as of the day of receipt of this Decision
12. Decision granting consent to Damir Krcivoj from Zagreb to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the leasing company PBZ-LEASING d.o.o., Zagreb, OIB: 18736141210, for a term running from the day immediately following the day of obtaining this consent until 15 February 2028

Decision granting consent to Danijel Pasarić from Gornji Laduč, Brdovec, to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the leasing company PORSCHE LEASING d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 90275854576, for a term lasting 5 (five) years, commencing upon the expiry of the current term which ends on 3 August 2026
14. Decision granting authorisation to Klaudija Karabuva Vidas from Zagreb to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the leasing company OTP Leasing d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 23780250353, LEI: 529900LL049PNMRU3777, for a term lasting 3 (three) years
