65th Meeting

On 26 March 2026, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 65th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the requirements for professional training and examination of professional knowledge required to perform the duties of a certified actuary
2. Instruction for the preparation and submission of reports by crypto-asset service providers
3. Decision ordering the company CROATIA osiguranje mirovinsko društvo za upravljanje dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondom d.o.o., Zagreb, OIB: 81231269363, LEI: 747800P06760YXBOFC97, to improve its anti-money laundering and terrorist financing system by 31 August 2026, and submit a report on the implementation of this Decision to Hanfa 7 days following the expiry of the deadline
4. Decision granting authorisation to Đurđica Vlahović from Zagreb to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company GENERALI OSIGURANJE d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 10840749604, LEI: 529900SSQ9XD4D9UVJ94, for a term lasting 4 (four) years, running as of 13 April 2026
5. Decision granting consent to Bogdan Drakulić from Zagreb to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the leasing company PBZ-LEASING d.o.o., Zagreb, OIB: 57270798205, for a term lasting 3 (three) years, running from 11 May 2026
6. Decision granting authorisation to the company FEELSGOOD CAPITAL PARTNERS društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje alternativnim investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 89112739620, LEI: 747800L0D133F86HHR29, to operate as a medium-sized AIFM, namely to carry out the activities referred to in Article 11(1)(1) of the Alternative Investment Fund Management Act (Official Gazette, No 21/18, 126/19, 110/21, 83/23, 152/24 and 13/26) – AIF management Upon the adoption of this decision, the authorisation to operate as a small AIFM, issued by the Decision CLASS: UP/I 992-02/22-01/13, REGNO: 326-01-22-22-5 of 28 April 2022, shall cease to have effect.
7. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Marko Račić from Lovinac, founder of the insurance representation craft INSUREBEST, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Marko Račić, Lovinac, Egeljac 4
8. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Ivana Brezak from Zagreb, co-owner of the insurance representation craft ELEMENT, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Nikolina Planinčić i Ivana Brezak, Vrhovčak, Vrhovčak 40 D
9. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 6 June 2007 to the company FIMA BIS društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za savjetovanje (ex FIMA BIS društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za posredovanje u osiguranju), with its registered office in Varaždin, OIB: 93265062457, represented by Milan Horvat, Managing Director of the Company, by virtue of Hanfa Decision CLASS: UP/I-453-02/07-37/44, REGNO: 326-112-07-3, ceased to be valid on 3 March 2026
10. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued to the company ADORA PRO društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za usluge i trgovinu (ex ADORA PRO društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za zastupanje u osiguranju), with its registered office in Varaždin, Ulica Vladimira Deduša 16, OIB: 74021929079 on 10 November 2021 by virtue of Hanfa Decision CLASS: UP/I 974-03/21-01/99, REGNO: 326-01-660-22-21-2, ceased to be valid on 6 March 2026
11. Decision by which Petra Dmitrović from Zagreb, ZO 21356, is removed from the Register of authorised insurance agents, insurance and/or reinsurance brokers and ancillary insurance intermediaries, with effect from the date of the adoption of this Decision
