60th Meeting

On 16 February 2026, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 60th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision granting subsequent authorisation to the company Hrvatsko kreditno osiguranje d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 46406681143, LEI: 315700PS397SPA0S1F19, to pursue insurance business in the non-life insurance group, for insurance classs 15 Suretyship insurance
2. Decision granting authorisation to Hrvoje Patajac from Rovinj to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the company CROATIA osiguranje d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 26187994862, LEI: 74780000M0GHQ1VXJU20, for a term of office lasting 4 (four) years, running as of 25 April 2026
3. Decision granting authorisation to Roberto Škopac from Zagreb to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the company CROATIA osiguranje d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 26187994862, LEI: 74780000M0GHQ1VXJU20, for a term of office lasting 4 (four) years, running as of 25 April 2026
4. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Ivan Pogorilić from Zagreb, founder of the insurance representation craft IN4YOU, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Ivan Pogorilić, Zagreb, Dedići 127
5. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance and reinsurance distribution business to the pre-company TARGA BROKER d.o.o. za brokerske poslove u osiguranju i reosiguranju, with its registered office in Zagreb (City of Zagreb)
6. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 22 April 2016 to the company M + AGENT d.o.o. za usluge (ex M + AGENT d.o.o. za zastupanje u osiguranju), with its registered office in Zagreb, (City of Zagreb), Ulica grada Vukovara 23, OIB: 46516232433, MBS: 081032962, represented by Andrej Jaić, Managing Director of the Company, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/16-01/45, REGNO: 326-01-660-663-16-4, ceased to be valid on 14 January 2026
7. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 27 February 2015 to the company TIM BENEFIT d.o.o. za trgovinu i usluge, with its registered office in Slavonski Brod (City of Slavonski Brod), Ulica dr. Andrije Štampara 47, (ex TIM BENEFIT d.o.o. za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Slavonski Brod, Ulica Stjepana Radića 31), OIB: 14362862798, MBS: 030136893, represented by Franjo Jozić, Managing Director of the Company, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I-974-03/15-01/12, REGNO: 326-01-660-663-15-4, ceased to be valid on 26 January 2026
