51st Meeting

On 22 October 2025, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 51st meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance on the content and manner of the delivery of notifications on trading in units of third-country AIFs in the Republic of Croatia without a European passport
2. Ordinance on the content and manner of the delivery of notifications on trading in units of AIFs managed by a third-country AIFM in the Republic of Croatia without a European passport
3. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on determining the net asset value of UCITS and the price of UCITS units
4. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on fees and costs charged by management companies
5. Decision granting approval to the company ČAKOVEČKI MLINOVI d.d., Čakovec, Mlinska ulica 1, OIB: 20262622069, LEI: 7478000050QHZTAWQI34, for a prospectus relating to the admission to the regulated market of 5,730,000 registered dematerialised ordinary shares without a nominal value
6. Decision granting approval to the company Zagrebačka burza d.d. Zagreb, (Zagreb Stock Exchange, ZSE), OIB: 84368186611, LEI: 7478000050A040C0D041, for the amendments to the ZSE Rules, adopted by the Management Board of the Zagreb Stock Exchange on 20 October 2025
7. Decision granting authorisation to Blaž Kmetec from Ljubljana, Slovenia to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company Triglav osiguranje d.d., with its registered office in Zagreb, Ulica Antuna Heinza 4, OIB: 29743547503, LEI:  74780000H0HHL1OVM657, for a term lasting 4 (four) years 
8. Decision granting authorisation to Victoria Petsch from Vienna, Republic of Austria, residing in Zagreb, to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company Allianz Hrvatska d.d., with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 23759810849, LEI: 5493006D8G55YM441622, for a term lasting 2 (two) years, running as of 6 November 2025
9. Decision granting authorisation to Peter Žilinek from Bratislava to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the company Raiffeisen društvo za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima d.d., with its registered office in Zagreb, Petrinjska ulica 59, OIB: 14148900600, LEI: 549300KUWF0GTBWT9S32, for a term lasting 4 (four) years, running as of 21 December 2025
10. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Ana Barko and Liljana Tišma, both from Zadar, founders of the insurance representation craft GeOs Zadar, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Ana Barko i Ljiljana Tišma, Zadar, Put Bokanjca 11D
11. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Boris Bissi from Pula, founder of the insurance representation craft B.I.S.S.I., obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Boris Bissi, Pula, Monvidalska ulica 1
12. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Anita Nosić from Lovreć - Opanci, founder of the insurance representation craft AM Group Consulting, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Anita Nosić, Lovreć - Opanci, Nosići 28
13. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued to Željka Župetić from Velika Gorica, owner of the insurance representation craft AZ ŽUPETIĆ, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Željka Župetić, Velika Gorica, Zagrebačka 43, on 15 December 2015 by virtue of Hanfa Decision CLASS: UP/I-974-03/15-01/194, REGNO:  326-01-660-663-15-2, ceased to be valid on 31 December 2023
14. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued to the company KOREQT DISTRIBUCIJA društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Zagreb, Savska cesta 41, OIB: 90035282440 on 16 April 2025 by virtue of Hanfa Decision CLASS: UP/I 994-03/25-01/45, REGNO: 326-01-660-22-25-2, ceased to be valid on 16 October 2025
15. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the company KOREQT DISTRIBUCIJA društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Zagreb, Savska cesta 41, OIB: 90035282440
