47th Meeting

On 9 September 2025, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 47th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision ordering the company i4next leasing Croatia d.o.o., Zagreb, OIB: 05273526923, to do the following for the purpose of eliminating illegalities and irregularities established: to draw up an action plan and define deadlines for aligning exposures to certain persons and groups of related persons with the limits prescribed by the Ordinance on criteria for and manner of leasing companies’ risk management (Official Gazette, No 86/18 and 150/22). The company is obliged to submit to Hanfa a report on the actions taken by 30 September 2025, as evidence of the compliance with this order.
2. Decision ordering the company ESC factoring d.o.o., Zagreb, OIB: 00180729178, to do the following for the purpose of eliminating illegalities and irregularities established: to improve its credit risk management system within 30 days by adopting new and/or amending the existing internal regulations governing the process of approving factoring operations (risk assessment, decisions on placement granting, payment processing); to adopt a methodology for calculating the impairment of receivables under factoring contracts in accordance with the provisions of IFRS 9, which will prescribe, in a clear and transparent manner, the calculation of receivable impairment; and to calculate the impairment of receivables under factoring contracts as at 30 September 2025 in line with such methodology
3. Decision granting approval to the company Erste Asset Management društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 68572873963, LEI: 529900OY10YUOZTM4Z35, to acquire the company INTERCAPITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 59300096187, LEI: 529900PWYTEP77IEKE59; and granting approval to the company INTERCAPITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 59300096187, LEI: 529900PWYTEP77IEKE59, to be acquired by the company Erste Asset Management društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 68572873963, LEI: 529900OY10YUOZTM4Z35
4. Decision granting authorisation to Tamara Rendić from Zagreb to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company Wiener osiguranje Vienna Insurance Group d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 52848403362, LEI: 54930041AKTSEYG3RV93, for a term of office lasting 4 (four) years, running as of 5 October 2025
5. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Nives Skokić from Otok, founder of the insurance representation craft DEMETRA PROTECT, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Nives Skokić, Otok, Gradinci 53
6. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Ivan Kozina from Krapina, owner of the insurance representation craft Tvoja Sigurnost, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Ivan Kozina, Krapina, Zagrebačka cesta 35, craft registration number (MBO): 99087430
7. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the pre-company BENNUX ZASTUPANJE društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Zagreb
8. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the pre-company Safe market jednostavno društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Solin
9. Decision determining that authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 4 November 2022 to the company LEVEL ONE IN d.o.o. za trgovinu i usluge, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 07137461721 (ex LEVEL ONE IN d.o.o. za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Zagreb, Radnička cesta 30), by virtue of Hanfa’s Decision, ceased to be valid on 17 June 2024
