On 25 July 2025, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 45th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

  1. Decision on the delivery of monthly statistical reports of investment funds
  2. Decision determining that the company GROUPAMA BIZTOSÍTÓ ZÁRTKÖRŰEN MŰKÖDŐ RÉSZVÉNYTÁRSASÁG, Erzsébet Királyné útja 1C, Budapest, Hungary, OIB: 43888249105, LEI: 5299005OWMBTSNKNP092, operating in the Republic of Croatia via the branch Groupama osiguranje d.d. - Podružnica Hrvatska, Ulica grada Vukovara 284, Zagreb, OIB: 56722567504, has eliminated the illegalities and irregularities whose elimination was ordered by Hanfa’s Decision of 22 November 2024, and terminating this on-site examination of the Branch operations
  3. Decision prohibiting the company ADRIATIC OSIGURANJE d. d., Zagreb, OIB: 94472454976, LEI: 74780000904H51PVL664, to pay the advance of profit or dividend and to pay profit or dividend, taking into account all retained profit of the said insurance company, as well as profit or dividend that has not been paid by the date of adoption of this decision, as long as Hanfa’s Decision CLASS: UP/I 994-08/24-01/12 of 28 March 2025 is in force
  4. Decision ordering the company Moneysail d.o.o., Zagreb, OIB: 53104623333, to improve its anti-money laundering and terrorist financing system within 90 days following receipt of this Decision, and submit evidence thereof
  5. Decision determining that the company OTP Leasing d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 23780250353, LEI: 529900LL049PNMRU3777, has acted in accordance with the supervisory measures referred to in item 1 of the operative part of Hanfa’s Decision of 22 November 2024, thus establishing the necessary control mechanisms within the AML/CFT system and ensuring the uniform application of the AMLTFA, and determining that the on-site inspection of the company has finished
  6. Decision granting approval to the company INTERCAPITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 59300096187, LEI: 529900PWYTEP77IEKE59, to delegate internal audit tasks to the company ERSTE&STEIERMÄRKISCHE BANKA dioničko društvo, with its registered office in Rijeka, OIB: 23057039320
  7. Decision granting approval to the company Global Invest društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 89492953056, LEI: 74780050PAIM7PYU7376, to delegate ICT internal audit tasks to the company AdviseCy d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 69634947454
  8. Decision granting authorisation to Yvette A-Pan Hurel Baudron from France to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the company Groupama osiguranje d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 98164456048, LEI:  74780000V0JHQ18WXI81, for a term lasting 4 (four) years, running as of 1 September 2025

Decision granting authorisation to Alexandre Pierre Jeanjean from Hungary, Budapest, Diós árok 14/B 1. em. 3., OIB: 79005581444, to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the company Groupama osiguranje d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 98164456048, LEI: 74780000V0JHQ18WXI81, for a term lasting 4 (four) years, running as of 1 September 2025
  10. Decision granting authorisation to Hana Zoričić from Zagreb to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the company CROATIA osiguranje d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 26187994862, LEI: 74780000M0GHQ1VXJU20, for a term lasting 4 (four) years, running as of 21 September 2025
  11. Decision granting authorisation to Iva Bakija from Zagreb to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the company Raiffeisen mirovinsko osiguravajuće društvo d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 42795279057, LEI: 5493007HS4TMDDH1EC15, for a term lasting 4 (four) years, running as of 25 July 2025
  12. Decision granting authorisation to Gordan Šumanović from Zagreb to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company Raiffeisen društvo za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima dioničko društvo, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 14148900600, LEI: 549300KUWF0GTBWT9S32, for a term lasting 4 (four) years, from 22 August 2025 to 22 August 2029

Decision granting authorisation to Miroslav Kožul from Zagreb to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the company ERSTE društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 49659289650, LEI: 529900JNYHUFUO8D4Z14, for a term lasting 4 (four) years, running as of the day of receipt of this Decision
  14. Decision granting authorisation to Zvonimir Marić from Zagreb to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company HPB Invest, društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje UCITS fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 77486858909, LEI: 549300J7EXINX1807F47, for a term lasting 2 (two) years, running from 26 September 2025 to 26 September 2027
  15. Decision granting authorisation to Anđela Jurić from Zagreb, to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the factoring company FINSPOT dioničko društvo za faktoring, Zagreb, OIB: 08029484561, LEI: 747800D0U2L0O0IIWD11, for a term running from the day of receipt of this Decision until 14 August 2029
  16. Decision granting authorisation to Ivana Sever from Zagreb to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the leasing company OTP Leasing d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 23780250353, LEI: 529900LL049PNMRU3777, for a term lasting 3 (three) years
  17. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the pre-company A.M.I. TOURS d.o.o. za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Split
  18. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 24 February 2017, by virtue of Hanfa’s Decision, to the company ADRIA ZASTUPANJE društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za usluge, with its registered office in Rijeka, represented by Željka Poropat, Board Member (earlier ADRIA ZASTUPANJE društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Rijeka, OIB: 62252454053), ceased to be valid on 23 December 2024
  19. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 13 January 2017, by virtue of Hanfa’s Decision, to Dubravko Bratković from Podrute, founder of the insurance representation craft LIFE, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Dubravko Bratković, Podrute, Podrute 49, ceased to be valid on 6 May 2025
