9th Meeting

On 14 May 2024, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 9th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on annual, semi-annual and other reports of voluntary pension funds
2. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on annual, quarterly and other reports of mandatory pension funds
3. Decision granting approval to the company SQ CAPITAL društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 54009254385, LEI: 74780060FBJISKZVMH34, to establish and manage the open-ended alternative investment fund without legal personality with private offering, titled SQ Cobold, open-ended alternative investment fund with private offering
4. Decision granting approval to the company Erste Asset Management d.o.o., Zagreb, OIB: 68572873963, LEI: 529900OY10YUOZTM4Z35, to establish and manage Erste Money Market USD, open-ended investment fund with public offering, as a standard money market fund with variable net asset value, which includes the approval of the prospectus and rules of that fund, as well as the approval for the selection of the depositary for the fund, namely the company ERSTE&STEIERMÄRKISCHE BANK d. d., OIB: 23057039320, LEI: 549300A2F46GR0UOM390, and granting exception to invest up to 100% of the net assets of Erste Money Market USD, open-ended investment fund with public offering,  in transferable securities and money market instruments issued or guaranteed by the central authority or central bank of the United States of America
5. Decision granting approval to the company Raiffeisen Invest društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje UCITS fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 81769224349, LEI: 529900YGFJ4MA9FZGO96, to establish and manage Raiffeisen Money Market, open-ended investment fund with public offering, as a standard money market fund with variable net asset value, which includes the approval of the prospectus and rules of that fund, as well as the approval for the selection of the depositary for the fund, namely the company Raiffeisenbank Austria d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 53056966535, LEI: 529900I1UZV70CZRAU55, and granting exception to invest up to 100% of the net assets of Raiffeisen Money Market, open-ended investment fund with public offering,  in various money market instruments issued or guaranteed by: the Republic of Croatia, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Republic of Austria, the French Republic, the Italian Republic and the Kingdom of Spain
6. Decision granting approval to the company INTERCAPITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, Zagreb, OIB: 59300096187, LEI: 529900PWYTEP77IEKE59, to establish and manage InterCapital EUR Romania Govt Bond 5 - 10yr UCITS ETF, open-ended investment sub-fund with public offering, and to include this sub-fund into InterCapital Krovni UCITS ETF, the umbrella open-ended investment fund with public offering, which includes the approval of the prospectus and rules of that sub-fund, as well as the approval for the selection of the depositary for the sub-fund, namely the company OTP banka d.d. Split, OIB: 52508873833, LEI: 5299005UJX6K7BQKV086, and granting exception to invest up to 100% of the net assets of the sub-fund InterCapital EUR Romania Govt Bond 5 - 10yr UCITS ETF, in debt securities and money market instruments issued by Romania

8. Decision granting approval to the company ERSTE d.o.o. - društvo za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima, Zagreb,  OIB: 49659289650, LEI: 529900JNYHUFUO8D4Z14, to invest up to 100% of the net assets of the following voluntary pension funds: Erste Plavi Expert and Erste Plavi Protect – dobrovoljni mirovinski fond, Zatvoreni dobrovoljni cestarski mirovinski fond, ERSTE ZATVORENI DOBROVOLJNI MIROVINSKI FOND, NESTLÉ ZATVORENI DOBROVOLJNI MIROVINSKI FOND, POŠTA ZATVORENI DOBROVOLJNI MIROVINSKI FOND, POLICIJSKI ZATVORENI DOBROVOLJNI MIROVINSKI FOND, ARENA MUDRA MIROVINA ZATVORENI DOBROVOLJNI MIROVINSKI FOND  in transferable securities and money market instruments issued or guaranteed by the Republic of Croatia or a local and regional self-government unit of the Republic of Croatia
