7th Meeting

On 23 April 2024, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 7th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance on the issuance of authorisation and the acquisition of a qualifying holding in a voluntary pension fund management company
2. Ordinance on the issuance of authorisation and the acquisition of a qualifying holding in a mandatory pension fund management company
3. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on determining the net asset value and the value of accounting units of mandatory pension funds
4. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on determining the net asset value of voluntary pension funds and the price of voluntary pension fund units
5. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the requirements for membership in management and supervisory boards of mandatory pension fund management companies
6. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the requirements for membership in management and supervisory boards of voluntary pension fund management companies
7. Ordinance on the form and content of additional information needed to supervise PEPP providers
8. Ordinance on the submission of complaints about the work of PEPP providers and distributors and actions of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency following received complaints
9. Ordinance on the content of an application for registration of a PEPP
10. Official position on the application of measures to facilitate repayment under the Consumer Credit Act to the financial lease contracts concluded with customers
11. Decision granting approval to the company Allianz ZB d.o.o. za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Ulica Vjekoslava Heinzela 70, OIB: 58384724129, LEI: 549300GMPWLFNKRGJM28, to invest up to 100% of the net assets of the following voluntary pension funds: AZ Benefit otvoreni DMF, AZ Profit otvoreni DMF, AZ A1 zatvoreni DMF, AZ Dalekovod zatvoreni DMF, AZ HKZP zatvoreni DMF, AZ Zagreb zatvoreni DMF, Auto Hrvatska zatvoreni DMF, AZ ZABA zatvoreni DMF and AZ Treći horizont zatvoreni DMF in transferable securities and money market instruments issued or guaranteed by the Republic of Croatia or by a local or regional self-government unit of the Republic of Croatia
12. Decision determining that the company BKS – leasing Croatia d.o.o., Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a, OIB: 52277663197, has eliminated the illegalities and irregularities referred to in the Report on the off-site examination of the application of interest rates in the financial lease contracts concluded with customers in the period from 30 June 2021 to 31 October 2023 (CLASS: UP/I 993-06/24-01/01, REGNO: 326-01-50-52-521-24-2); and terminating the off-site examination of the Company's operations (CLASS: UP/I 993-06/24-01/01)
13. Decision determining that the company IMPULS – LEASING d.o.o., Zagreb, Velimira Škorpika 24/1, OIB: 65918029671, LEI: 529900OBFV2VXSUUQT55, has eliminated the illegalities and irregularities whose elimination had been ordered by Hanfa’s Decision of 23 January 2024; and terminating the off-site examination of the Company's operations (CLASS: UP/I 993-06/23-01/03)
14. Decision granting approval to Karlo Filipović from Zagreb to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company N3 Capital Partners d.o.o. za upravljanje alternativnim investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 38904991600, LEI: 2138009RTWM65OJ4V517, for a term lasting 5 (five) years
15. Decision granting approval to Gábor Zoltán Horváth from Prague, Czech Republic, to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the company GENERALI OSIGURANJE d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 10840749604, LEI: 529900SSQ9XD4D9UVJ94, for a term lasting from 19 June 2024 to 19 June 2028
16. Decision granting approval to Gregor Pilgram from Ljubljana, Republic of Slovenia, to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the company GENERALI OSIGURANJE d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 10840749604, LEI: 529900SSQ9XD4D9UVJ94, for a term lasting from 19 June 2024 to 19 June 2028
17. Decision granting approval to Ivana Andabak from Zagreb to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the company GENERALI OSIGURANJE d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 10840749604, LEI: 529900SSQ9XD4D9UVJ94, for a term lasting from 19 June 2024 to 19 June 2028

20. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the pre-company Asigurare plus d.o.o. za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Zagreb
21. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Nada Mamić, founder of the insurance representation craft Insurance Lab, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Nada Mamić, Zagreb, Velikopoljska 50
22. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 13 January 2022, by virtue of Hanfa's Decision CLASS: UP/I 974-03/21-01/123, REGNO: 326-01-22-22-4 to Marko Topić, founder of the insurance representation craft KARTEL ZASTUPANJE, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Marko Topić, Sesvete, Zeleni vijenac 43, ceased to be valid on 31 March 2024
