4th Meeting

On 19 March 2024, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 4th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision granting authorisation to the company OTP invest društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 96261939721, LEI: 529900UAH2CC09VOZQ96, to establish and manage OTP MULTI EUR 2026 open-ended investment fund with public offering, and to include this sub-fund into ZB Invest Funds, the umbrella UCITS, which includes the approval of the prospectus and rules of the fund, as well as the approval for the selection of the depositary for the fund – the company OTP banka dioničko društvo; and granting exception to invest up to 100% of the net assets of OTP MULTI EUR 202 open-ended investment fund with public offering in transferable securities and money market instruments issued or guaranteed by the Republic of Croatia
2. Decision granting authorisation to the company Alternative Invest d.o.o., Zagreb, OIB: 34251042886, LEI: 254900E8AXSW4FIG7E30, to establish and manage AP4 open-ended alternative investment fund with private offering for real-estate investments
3. Decision determining that the company INTERKAPITAL vrijednosni papiri d.o.o., OIB: 68481874507, LEI: 529900DN1THYX85B3F60, has eliminated the illegalities and irregularities referred to in the Report on the on-site examination of 5 December 2023, as regards the performance of alternative investment fund depositary functions, which related to internal acts and procedures, record keeping and concluded agreements on performing depositary functions; and determining that the regular on-site examination of INTERKAPITAL vrijednosni papiri d.o.o., Masarykova ulica 1, Zagreb, OIB: 68481874507, LEI: 529900DN1THYX85B3F60, CLASS: UP/I 992-05/23-06/01, has finished
4. Decision determining that the company Wiener osiguranje Vienna Insurance Group d.d., Zagreb, OIB 52848403362, LEI 54930041AKTSEYG3RV93, has eliminated the illegalities and irregularities whose elimination had been ordered by Hanfa’s Decision of 19 January 2023; and terminating the on-site examination of the Company, CLASS: UP/I 974-08/21-01/05
5. Decision granting approval to Hrvoje Grčić from Stubičke Toplice to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company GRAWE Hrvatska d.d., OIB: 28406115764, LEI: 5299008LQUWEOTO76V71, for a term of office lasting from 12 April 2024 to 11 April 2029
6. Decision granting approval to Martin Majhen, resident in Zagreb, to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the company MERKUR OSIGURANJE d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 08937835435, LEI: 529900S781HTTWM6KC58, for a term of office lasting from 28 May 2024 to 1 March 2027
7. Decision granting approval to Zoran Dimov from Zagreb to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the company Wiener osiguranje Vienna Insurance Group d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 52848403362, LEI: 54930041AKTSEYG3RV93, for a term of office lasting until 22 April 2028
8. Decision granting approval to Hans Raumauf from Biedermannsdorf, Republic of Austria, to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the company Wiener osiguranje Vienna Insurance Group d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 52848403362, LEI: 54930041AKTSEYG3RV93, for a term of office lasting until 22 April 2028
9. Decision granting approval to Pavel Andreev from Vienna, Republic of Austria, to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the company Wiener osiguranje Vienna Insurance Group d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 52848403362, LEI: 54930041AKTSEYG3RV93, for a term of office lasting until 22 April 2028
10. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Kristijan Žaper from Podstrana, founder of the insurance representation craft PROBITAS, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Kristijan Žaper, Podstrana, Domovinskog rata 36
11. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 4 November 2015 to Mile Špoljarić, founder of the insurance representation craft AZ Špoljarić, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Mile Špoljarić, Zagreb, Selska cesta 136, by virtue of Hanfa’s Decision CLASS: UP/I-974-03/15-01/74, REG.NO: 326-01-660-663-15-2, ceased to be valid on 31 December 2023
12. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Matija Bister from Zagreb, founder of the insurance representation craft ANMATO, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Matija Bister, Zagreb, Kupreška 4
