24th Meeting

On 8 November 2024, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 24th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance on audit in pension insurance companies
2. Decision granting approval to the company JADRAN - GALENSKI LABORATORIJ d.d., Rijeka, Svilno 20, OIB: 20950636972, for a prospectus relating to the public offering of bonds in the nominal amount of at least EUR 60,000,000.00, with an option to increase the said amount depending on the results of bond subscription, with a denomination of EUR 1.00, with a fixed annual interest rate with semi-annual interest payments and a one-time principal maturity 5 (five) years after the date of issue and listing to the regulated market
3. Decision granting approval to appoint Roman Rinkovac from Zagreb as a member of the Management Board of the investment firm CREDOS d.o.o. investicijsko društvo, Zagreb, OIB: 21667415955, LEI: 747800T0X8ZIAATZDH42, for a term lasting 5 (five) years, running as of 16 December 2024
4. Decision granting authorisation to Ivan Beljan from Sesvete to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company Global Invest društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 89492953056, LEI: 74780050PAIM7PYU7376, for a term lasting 5 (five) years, running as of 20 November 2024
5. Decision granting authorisation to Ante Krištić from Zagreb to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the leasing company Volvo Financial Services leasing d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 50622045710, for a term lasting 5 (five) years
6. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the pre-company M. Insurance Brokers društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Rijeka
7. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the company JESENOVA d.o.o. za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its regostered office in Zagreb, Pavla Radića 4, OIB: 35200616627
