23rd Meeting

On 30 October 2024, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 23rd meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the requirements for professional training and examination of professional knowledge required to perform duties of a certified actuary
2. Decision granting authorisation to Victoria Petsch, residing in Zagreb, to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company Allianz Hrvatska d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 23759810849, LEI: 5493006D8G55YM441622, for a term lasting 1 (one) year, starting from the first working day following the day of receipt of this Decision
3. Decision granting authorisation to Marijana Galović to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the investment fund management company FARVE PRO INVEST društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 32697869602, LEI: 747800J05BCMGODXMQ42, for a term lasting 2 (two) years, running as of 14 November 2024
4. Decision granting approval to appoint Suzana Lončar from Zagreb as a member of the Management Board of the investment firm CREDOS d.o.o. investicijsko društvo, Zagreb, OIB: 21667415955, LEI: 747800T0X8ZIAATZDH42, for a term lasting 5 (five) years, running as of 7 November 2024
5. Decision granting authorisation to Snježana Šalković Dasović from Zagreb to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company Erste Asset Management društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, Zagreb, OIB: 68572873963, LEI: 529900OY10YUOZTM4Z35, for a term lasting 3 (three) years, from 17 November 2024 to 17 November 2027

12. Notification determining that the company CROATIA osiguranje mirovinsko društvo za upravljanje dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondom d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 81231269363, LEI: 747800P06760YXBOFC97, has eliminated all the illegalities, irregularities and deficiencies related to the investment process and investment of pension funds' assets and the inclusion and efficiency of control functions in the investment process, listed in the Report on the on-site inspection of 25 June 2024, and terminating the regular on-site inspection
