21st Meeting

On 4 October 2024, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 21st meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

  1. Decision granting authorisation to Vesna Sanjković from Zagreb to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company CROATIA osiguranje d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 26187994862, LEI: 74780000M0GHQ1VXJU20, for a term running from the day of her appointment until 31 December 2026
  2. Decision rejecting the application for the entry into the Register of virtual asset service providers filed by the company Lionheart d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 81045416150
  3. Decision granting authorisation to the company HPB Invest d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 77486858909, LEI: 549300J7EXINX1807F47, to establish and manage HPB Fokus 2026 fond, open-ended investment fund with public offering, which includes the approval of the prospectus and rules of that fund, as well as the approval for the selection of the depositary for the fund, namely the company HRVATSKA POŠTANSKA BANKA, dioničko društvo, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 87939104217, LEI: 529900D5G4V6THXC5P79, and granting authorisation to invest up to 100% of net assets of HPB Fokus 2026 fond, open-ended investment fund with public offering, in transferable securities and money market instruments issued or guaranteed by Romania
  4. Decision issuing a warning to the company Raiffeisen Invest društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje UCITS fondovima, Zagreb, OIB: 81769224349, LEI: 529900YGFJ4MA9FZGO96, due to illegalities and irregularities established in the Reports on off-site inspections, specifically due to acting contrary to the provisions of the prospectus of Raiffeisen Sustainable Equities, feeder open-ended investment fund with public offering, and terminating the off-site inspection
