1st Meeting

On 14 February 2024, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 1st meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance on minimum standards applied in the process of calculating technical provisions of the pension insurance company
2. Decision granting authorisation to the company Erste Asset Management d.o.o., OIB: 68572873963, LEI: 529900OY10YUOZTM4Z35, for the establishment and management of Erste Money Market, open-ended investment fund with public offering, as a standard money market fund with variable net asset value, which includes the approval of the prospectus and rules of the fund, as well as the approval for the selection of the depositary for the Fund – the company ERSTE&STEIERMÄRKISCHE BANK d. d., OIB: 23057039320, LEI: 549300A2F46GR0UOM390, and granting exception to invest up to 100% of the net assets of Erste Money Market, open-ended investment fund with public offering, in transferable securities and money market instruments issued or guaranteed by the Republic of Croatia, the Republic of Austria, the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Kingdom of Netherlands, the Republic of Italy or the Kingdom of Spain
3. Decision ordering the company Lionheart d.o.o, Andrije Hebranga 8, Zagreb, OIB: 81045416150, to, without delay, remove the following activities from the court register of the competent Commercial Court: providing virtual and fiat currency exchange services and providing custodian wallet services
4. Decision granting authorisation to Zvonimir Barać to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the company Raiffeisen mirovinsko osiguravajuće društvo, d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 42795279057, LEI: 5493007HS4TMDDH1EC15, for a term lasting 4 (four) years
5. Decision granting approval to Nives Vreto to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the leasing company PBZ-LEASING društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za poslove leasinga, OIB: 57270798205, LEI: 549300PHYO824D9SDG53, for a term lasting 3 (three) years, running as of 30 March 2024
6. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Kristina Stanković, founder of the insurance representation craft DRNIŠ ZASTUPANJE, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Kristina Stanković, Mirlović Polje, Uz put krš 4
7. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Ozren Kralj, founder of the insurance representation craft MEDIATOR, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Ozren Kralj, Samobor, Kladje, Mirnovečka 29
8. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Tihomir Drenški, founder of the insurance representation craft PROTEKT ZASTUPANJE, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Tihomir Drenški, Zagreb, Prevoj 20
