19th Meeting

On 12 September 2024, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 19th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision on compliance with the Guidelines on the application of the group capital test for investment firm groups in accordance with Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2033/2019 (EBA/GL/2024/03)
2. Decision granting authorisation to Cristoph Rath to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the company Wiener osiguranje Vienna Insurance Group d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 52848403362, LEI: 54930041AKTSEYG3RV93, for a term lasting four (4) years
3. Decision granting approval to the company CREDOS d.o.o. investicijsko društvo, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 21667415955, LEI: 747800T0X8ZIAATZDH42, to perform a non-core activity – crypto-asset trading. The Company may start performing the non-core activity – crypto-asset trading by entering the Register of virtual asset service providers and entering the activity in the court register, of which it is required to notify Hanfa within 3 days
4. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Željka Poropat, founder of the insurance representation craft ADRIA ZASTUPANJE, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Željka Poropat, Dražice, Podhum 304
5. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Mirjana Škaro, founder of the insurance representation craft AGENCIJA KIM, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Mirjana Škaro, Zagreb, Sesvete, Otona Ivekovića 14/6
6. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Sabina Đaković, founder of the insurance representation craft Đaković, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Sabina Đaković, Slavonski Brod, Vinogradska 2d
