18th Meeting

On 4 September 2024, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 18th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance on costs to be covered by the assets of mandatory pension funds and on the manner and contents of the calculation of mandatory pension funds’ total cost indicators
2. Ordinance on costs to be covered by the assets of voluntary pension funds and on the manner and contents of the calculation of voluntary pension funds’ total cost indicators
3. Guidelines on appropriate safeguards against the risk of failure of issuers to include recently issued transferable securities and money market instruments in a regulated market
4. Guidelines on crowdfunding platforms
5. Decision granting authorisation to Krešimir Dujić to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of AGRAM LEASING d.o.o. za prodaju vozila, Zagreb, OIB: 48922277230, for a term of office lasting for 4 (four) years

10. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 11 February 2021 to Božica Brekalo from Požega, founder of the insurance representation craft IMBK, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Božica Brekalo, Požega, Osječka 72, by virtue of Hanfa’s Decision, ceased to be valid on 23 January 2024
11. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 28 June 2019 to Dragan Ibriks-Golub from Zagreb, founder of the insurance representation craft IBRIKS, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, VL. DRAGAN IBRIKS-GOLUB, ZAGREB, KVINTIČKA ULICA 57, by virtue of Hanfa’s Decision, ceased to be valid on 1 August 2024
12. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 17 March 2017 to Aleksandra Biškup from Zagreb, founder of the insurance representation craft A1 CONSULTING, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, VL. ALEKSANDRA BIŠKUP, ZAGREB, TRAVANJSKA 14, by virtue of Hanfa’s Decision, ceased to be valid on 6 August 2024
