12th Meeting

On 12 June 2024, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 12th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance on the method of calculation and time limits for paying contributions and on the manner of keeping and using assets intended for the liabilities of the Guarantee Fund
2. Decision granting authorisation to Tomislav Tičić from Zagreb to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company PROSPERUS - INVEST društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 58670915471, LEI: 747800E0H4HVARLIPF92, for a term lasting 5 (five) years, running as of 11 July 2024
3. Decision granting authorisation to Krešimir Limpić from Odra to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company MERKUR OSIGURANJE d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 08937835435, LEI: 529900S781HTTWM6KC58, for a term lasting from 1 July 2024 to 31 December 2027
4. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the pre-company ULTRA SUPPORT Ins d.o.o. za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Rijeka
5. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance representation business to Miše Nikolić from Sesvete, founder of the insurance representation craft Nikolier, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Miše Nikolić, Sesvete, Ulica Marije Jurić Zagorke 34
6. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Toni Lasić from Split, founder of the insurance representation craft TIM AGENT, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Toni Lasić, Split, Stanka Vraza 17
