4th Meeting

On 1 February 2024, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 4th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision granting authorisation to the company PIK-ESOP d.o.o., Rijeka, Krešimirova 26, OIB 48434719726, to publish a takeover bid relating to the acquisition of the company PIK d.d., Rijeka, Krešimirova 26, OIB 40174736344
2. Decision granting authorisation to the company GO Invest d.o.o., OIB: 55367485557, LEI: 747800F0N3VNIH22QP43, to establish and manage a hedge fund titled GO Alpha open-ended investment fund with public offering
3. Decision granting authorisation to the company ZB Invest d.o.o., OIB: 23889363045, LEI: 549300T0RFRCQ7Z21884, to establish and manage ZB Invest Funds – ZB conservative, open-ended investment sub-fund with public offering, and to include this sub-fund into ZB Invest Funds, the umbrella UCITS, which includes the approval of the prospectus and rules of the sub-fund, as well as the approval for the selection of the depositary for the sub-fund – the company ZAGREBAČKA BANKA DIONIČKO DRUŠTVO, OIB: 92963223473, LEI: PRNXTNXHBI0TSY1V8P17; and granting approval to invest up to 100% of the net assets of ZB Invest Funds – ZB conservative, open-ended investment sub-fund with public offering, in transferable securities and money market instruments issued or guaranteed by the Republic of Croatia, the Federal Republic of Germany or the United States of America
4. Decision granting authorisation to the company ZB Invest d.o.o., OIB: 23889363045, LEI: 549300T0RFRCQ7Z21884, to establish and manage ZB Invest Funds – ZB bond 2026 USD II, open-ended investment sub-fund with public offering, and to include this sub-fund into ZB Invest Funds, the umbrella UCITS, which includes the approval of the prospectus and rules of the sub-fund, as well as the approval for the selection of the depositary for the sub-fund – the company ZAGREBAČKA BANKA DIONIČKO DRUŠTVO, OIB: 92963223473, LEI: PRNXTNXHBI0TSY1V8P17; and granting approval to invest up to 100% of the net assets of ZB Invest Funds – ZB bond 2026 USD II, open-ended investment sub-fund with public offering, in transferable securities and money market instruments issued or guaranteed by the United States of America
5. Decision granting authorisation to the company Raiffeisen Invest društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje UCITS fondovima, OIB: 81769224349, LEI: 529900YGFJ4MA9FZGO96, to establish and manage Raiffeisen EUR 2027 Bond, open-ended investment fund with public offering, which includes the approval of the prospectus and rules of that fund, as well as the approval for the selection of the depositary for the fund – the company Raiffeisenbank Austria d.d., OIB: 53056966535, LEI: 529900I1UZV70CZRAU55; and granting approval to invest up to 100% of the net assets of Raiffeisen EUR 2027 Bond, open-ended investment fund with public offering, in transferable securities and money market instruments issued or guaranteed by the Republic of Croatia, the Republic of Romania or the Federal Republic of Germany
6. Decision granting approval to Mirko Šerbeđija to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the leasing company Mobil Leasing d.o.o., Zagreb, Kovinska 5, OIB: 17080997510, for a term of office lasting 5 (five) years
7. Decision granting approval to Ivana Balenović to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the leasing company Mobil Leasing d.o.o., Zagreb, Kovinska 5, OIB: 17080997510, for a term of office lasting 5 (five) years
8. Decision granting approval to Aleš Zafošnik to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the leasing company Mobil Leasing d.o.o., Zagreb, Kovinska 5, OIB: 17080997510, for a term of office lasting 5 (five) years, running as of the day of his appointment to this function
9. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Željka Botić, founder of the insurance representation craft POLICA plus, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Željka Botić, Kaštel Stari, Bojišće 19
