1st Meeting

On 10 January 2024, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 1st meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision on the pension company that achieved the highest risk-adjusted return in each mandatory pension fund category in 2023
2. Decision granting approval to the company TANKERSKA PLOVIDBA d.d., Zadar, OIB: 44952903763, LEI: 747800D0V2GHHYOYQK51, to publish a takeover bid relating to the acquisition of the company ATLANTSKA PLOVIDBA dioničko društvo za međunarodni prijevoz robe i putnika, Dubrovnik, OIB: 61063868086, LEI: 74780000L0GQ5QG49R37
3. Decision granting authorisation to the company Eurizon Asset Management Croatia društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, OIB: 73073960573, LEI: 549300DU2TJ72XCUUN84, for the establishment and management of Eurizon HR Target 2026 II fond, open-ended investment fund with public offering, which includes the approval of the prospectus and rules of the fund, as well as the approval for the selection of the depositary for the Fund – the company PRIVREDNA BANKA ZAGREB – DIONIČKO DRUŠTVO, OIB: 02535697732, LEI: 549300ZHFZ4CSK7VS460; and granting exception to invest up to 100% of the net assets of Eurizon HR Target 2026 II fond, open-ended investment fund with public offering, in transferable securities and money market instruments issued or guaranteed by the Republic of Italy
4. Decision revoking authorisation to establish and manage alternative investment funds from the company ZB Invest d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, OIB: 23889363045, LEI: 549300T0RFRCQ7Z21884, due to its voluntary cessation of activities relating to the establishment and management of alternative investment funds. The authorisation to carry out these activities, namely the activity referred to in Article 13(1)(1) of the Alternative Investment Funds Act (Official Gazette, No 16/13), was issued to the company by means of Hanfa’s decision of 1 August 2014, CLASS: UP/I-451-04/14-05/63, REG.NO: 326-443-14-2. This decision shall be entered in the register of companies managing alternative investment funds maintained by Hanfa. The Company is ordered to take and implement (not later than within 60 days) all necessary steps with the competent commercial court for the purpose of registering changes pursuant to this decision, and to submit to Hanfa a decision on the changes made in the court register, not later than within 8 days following its receipt.
5. Decision suspending the administrative procedure initiated following the application of Nera Škaro and Ante Čulo from Zagreb for issuing authorisation to conduct insurance and reinsurance distribution business to the pre-company ALL RISK d.o.o. za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Zagreb, Ksaver 196a 
6. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 21 December 2018, by virtue of Hanfa’s decision, to Vinka Rebić, founder of the insurance representation craft CROSIGIO, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Vinka Rebić, Imotski, Vinjani donji 157, ceased to be valid on 31 August 2023
7. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 8 October 2020 to Matija Brkanac, founder of the insurance representation craft CAPITAL HOLDING, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Matija Brkanac, Sunja, Greda Sunjska 63, by virtue of Hanfa’s CLASS: UP/I 974-03/20-01/79, REG.NO: 326-01-22-20-4, ceased to be valid on 20 October 2023
8. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Filip Blažek and Ivan Blažek, founders of the joint insurance representation craft AZ Blažek, zajednički obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Ivan Blažek i Filip Blažek, Goričan, Ljudevita Gaja 1
9. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the pre-company FLOTA ZASTUPANJE d.o.o. za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Sesvete (the City of Zagreb)
10. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the pre-company ALL RISK d.o.o. za brokerske poslove u osiguranju, with its registered office in Zagreb, Ksaver 196a
11. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the pre-company CO PODRAVINA d.o.o. za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Koprivnica, Ulica Ruđera Boškovića 14
