On 20 June 2023, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 20th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

  1. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the content of audit procedures in investment firms
  1. Ordinance on temporary prohibitions in the case of a proposal for initiating insolvency proceedings against a central counterparty and conditions for determining the conversion rate, and on carrying out simplified initial capital reduction or withdrawing the existing shares or other equity instruments during the resolution of a central counterparty
  1. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the assessment of money laundering and terrorist financing risk and on the manner of carrying out simplified and enhanced customer due diligence measures
  1. Ordinance on keeping the register of virtual asset service providers and on the assessment of good repute of natural persons in a virtual asset service provider
  1. Decision granting approval to the company PRIMO REAL ESTATE d.d., Zagreb, Ulica Miroslava Miholića 2, OIB: 52157649749, LEI: 747800L0PAW57B19B29, for a simplified prospectus relating to the admission to the regulated market of 900,715 registered dematerialised ordinary shares with the nominal value of HRK 200.00 per share, and the total nominal amount of HRK 180,143,000.00
  1. Decision determining that the company i4next leasing Croatia d.o.o., Zagreb, Avenija Većeslava Holjevca 20, OIB: 052735269239, has eliminated the illegalities and irregularities whose elimination was ordered by the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency of 13 December 2022 and that the off-site examination of the company’s business operations has finished

Decision determining that the company Volvo Financial Services leasing d.o.o., Zagreb, Karlovačka cesta 94, OIB: 50622045710, o, has eliminated the illegalities and irregularities whose elimination was ordered by the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency of 13 December 2022 and that the off-site examination of the company’s business operations has finished
  1. Decision granting authorisation to Željko Kordić to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company EUROHERC osiguranje d.d., Ulica grada Vukovara 282, Zagreb, OIB: 22694857747, LEI: 74780000Q0NHK2O5DU16, for a term of office lasting for 5 (five) years

Decision granting authorisation to Anton Starčević to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the pension company Raiffeisen društvo za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima dioničko društvo, with its registered office in Zagreb, Petrinjska 59, OIB 14148900600, LEI: 549300KUWF0GTBWT9S32, for a term of office lasting for 4 (four) years, running as of 6 July 2023

Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 4 November 2022, by virtue of a Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency, to Tomislav Kosanović, founder of the insurance representation craft FIDEST, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Tomislav Kosanović, Matulji, Milana Frlana 16, ceased to be valid on 29 December 2022
