4th Meeting

On 1 February 2022, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 4th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision granting approval to the company STANOVI JADRAN d.d., Split, Kralja Zvonimira 14/IX, personal identification number (OIB): 88680117715, for a prospectus relating to the admission to the regulated market of 355,269 registered dematerialised ordinary shares with the nominal value of HRK 200.00 per share, and the total nominal amount of HRK 71,053,800.00

2. Decision granting authorisation to Tomislav Abramović to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the insurance company EUROHERC osiguranje d.d., Zagreb, Ulica grada Vukovara 282, personal identification number (OIB): 22694857747, for a term of office lasting for 5 (five) years, running as of the day of his appointment

3. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 10 July 2015 to Slavica Pastuović, owner of the insurance representation craft Vet 4 osiguranje, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, owned by Slavica Pastuović, Zagreb, Bartolići 45, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/15-01/37, REGNO: 326-01-660-663-15-2, ceased to be valid on 1 January 2020

4. Decision revoking the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued to the company SALESMAN j.d.o.o., Zagreb, Ulica Ivana Banjavčića 22, personal identification number (OIB): 99019900285, on 22 April 2021 by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/21-01/29, REGNO: 326-01-22-21-7

5. Decision on the harmonisation of the guarantee deposit for the year 2022
6. Decision on compliance with the Guidelines on methodology, oversight function and record keeping under the Benchmarks Regulation (ESMA81-393-288)
