40th Meeting

On 8 December 2022, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 40th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on determining the net asset value and the price of units of voluntary pension funds

2. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on determining the net asset value and the price of units of mandatory pension funds

3. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on annual, semi-annual and other reports of voluntary pension funds

4. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on annual, semi-annual and other reports of mandatory pension funds

5. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the capital and technical provisions of pension companies managing voluntary pension funds

6. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the capital of pension companies managing mandatory pension funds

7. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on compensating members of voluntary pension funds and/or voluntary pension funds

11. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on reporting breaches or suspected breaches of the provisions of the Capital Market Act, Regulation (EU) No 600/2014, Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and Regulation (EU) No 909/2014

12. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on supervisory reports of the central counterparty

13. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on periodic, statistical and capital reporting by the central securities depository and reporting by the central securities depository of another Member State

14. Ordinance on minimum standards, manner of calculating and criteria for calculating technical provisions of pension insurance companies

15. Ordinance on the submission of complaints to the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency about the work of European crowdfunding service providers and actions of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency following received complaints

16. Decision granting authorisation to Josip Glavaš to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company Erste Asset Management društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 68572873963, for a term lasting 3 (three) years, running as of 13 December 2022

17. Decision granting authorisation to Dubravko Orlovac to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company BKS - leasing Croatia d.o.o., Zagreb, OIB: 522776631977, for a term lasting 2 (two) years, running as of 1 February 2023

18. Decision granting authorisation to Lejla Hasanbegović to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company BKS - leasing Croatia d.o.o., Zagreb, OIB: 52277663197, for a term lasting 2 (two) years, running as of 1 February 2023

19. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Željko Juraga, founder of the insurance representation craft AZ LUMA, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Željko Juraga, Zadar, Novogradiška 10

20. Decision on compliance with the Guidelines on the benchmarking exercises on remuneration practices and the gender pay gap under Directive (EU) 2019/2034
