On 25 August 2022, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 27th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

  2. Decision determining that the company Virtual Planet d.o.o., Zagreb, Mihanovićeva ulica 16, OIB: 49322397471, has entered the activity of the provision of exchange services between virtual currencies and fiat currencies in the court register of the Commercial Court in Zagreb, thus eliminating the illegality established by point I of the operative part of Hanfa’s Decision of 10 March 2022, which has led to the termination of the examination as regards that point; and that it has submitted its decisions on the appointment of an authorised person and one or more deputy authorised persons for the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, failing, however, to implement them in and appropriate manner and scope, due to which the illegality established in point II of the operative part of Hanfa’s Decision of 10 March 2022 has not been eliminated in its entirety; ordering the Company to submit to Hanfa evidence of the appointment of an authorised person and their deputy fo the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, including evidence of the fact that conditions for their work have been fulfilled within 30 days as of the day of receipt of this decision, and to inform Hanfa thereof without delay and not later than within 7 days upon the expiry of the deadline; determining that the Company has submitted a report on the implementation of Hanfa’s decision of 10 March 2022, pursuant to point II of the operative part of that decision; and issuing a warning that the Company is going to be deleted from the list of providers of exchange services between virtual currencies and fiat currencies kept on web sites of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency unless it acts pursuant to points III and IV of the operative part of this decision within the deadline mentioned
