20th Meeting

On 2 June 2022, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 20th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on organisational requirements and conduct of business rules for the provision of investment services and performance of investment activities

2. Decision granting approval to the company Quattro logistika d.d., Zagreb, Ulica Ivana Lučića 2A, OIB: 91855269571, LEI: 747800C0JEWYWE4YI351, for a simplified prospectus relating to the admission to the regulated market of 32,500,005 registered dematerialised ordinary shares with the nominal value of HRK 10.00 per share, and the total nominal amount of HRK 325,000,050.00

3. Decision granting authorisation to Vedran Horvatić from Donja Zdenčina, Klinča Sela, Matije Gupca 36, OIB: 92263639023, to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the company PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE dioničko društvo za upravljanje obveznim mirovinskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Radnička cesta 44, OIB: 20455535575, LEI: 549300JEBNBXEY27HE27, for a term of office lasting for 4 (four) years, running as of the day of the receipt of this decision

4. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the pre-company ASPIS usluge j.d.o.o. za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Samobor
