
20th Meeting
03/06/2022On 2 June 2022, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 20th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:
- Ordinance amending the Ordinance on organisational requirements and conduct of business rules for the provision of investment services and performance of investment activities
- Decision granting approval to the company Quattro logistika d.d., Zagreb, Ulica Ivana Lučića 2A, OIB: 91855269571, LEI: 747800C0JEWYWE4YI351, for a simplified prospectus relating to the admission to the regulated market of 32,500,005 registered dematerialised ordinary shares with the nominal value of HRK 10.00 per share, and the total nominal amount of HRK 325,000,050.00
