28th Meeting

On 26 August 2021, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 28th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision determining that the insurance company AGRAM LIFE osiguranje d.d., Trnjanska cesta 108, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 18742666873, has eliminated the illegalities whose elimination was ordered by the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency of 11 December 2020 (CLASS: UP/I 974-08/20-01/22, REGNO: 326-01-50-51-511-20-08); and terminating the on-site mystery shopping examination of that company (UP/I 974-08/20-01/22)

2. Decision determining that the insurance company Wiener osiguranje Vienna Insurance Group d.d., Zagreb, Slovenska ulica 24, personal identification number (OIB): 52848403362, has eliminated the illegalities whose elimination was ordered by the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency of 23 December 2020 (CLASS: UP/I 974-08/20-01/23, REGNO: 326-01-50-51-511-20-7); and terminating the on-site mystery shopping examination of that company (UP/I 974-08/20-01/23)

3. Decision granting approval to the company Groupama Biztosító Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság, with its registered office in Erzsebet kiralyne utja 1/. C, Budapest, Hungary, personal identification number (OIB): 43888249105, entered in the register of the Commercial Court in Budapest, Hungary, under the registration number 01-10-041071, to directly acquire a qualifying holding in the company OTP Osiguranje d.d. With its registered office in Zagreb, Ulica grada Vukovara 284, personal identification number (OIB): 98164456048, reaching 100% of the initial capital and voting rights of that company; granting approval to the company Groupama Holding Filiales et Participations to indirectly acquire a qualifying holding in the company OTP Osiguranje d.d. reaching 100% of the initial company and voting rights of that company; and granting approval to the company CAISSE NATIONALE DE REASSURANCE MUTUELLE AGRICOLE GROUPAMA, 8-10 Rue d'Astorg, Paris, France, personal identification number (OIB): 09906101524, entered in the register of the Commercial Court in Paris, France, under the registration number 343 115 135 R. C. S. Paris, to indirectly acquire a qualifying holding in the company OTP Osiguranje d.d. reaching 100% of the initial company and voting rights of that company

4. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance and reinsurance distribution business to the pre-company DIVERSO BROKER društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za brokerske poslove u osiguranju i reosiguranju, with its registered office in Ivanić-Grad

5. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance and reinsurance distribution business to Branko Marić, founder of the insurance and reinsurance brokerage craft APEX RISK, obrt za brokerske poslove u osiguranju i reosiguranju, Branko Marić, Slavonski Brod, Josipa Muravića 19
6. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 21 December 2018 to Sanja Belošević, founder of the insurance representation craft SB ins., obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Sanja Belošević, Zagreb, Luke Kaliterne, by virtue of the Decision by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/18-01/118, REGNO: 326-01-22-18-4, ceased to be valid on 30 June 2021
