9th Meeting

On 5 March 2020, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 9th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision granting authorisation to Vančo Balen to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the insurance company CROATIA osiguranje d.d., Vatroslava Jagića 33, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 26187994862, for a term lasting until 31 December 2022, running as of the day of his appointment
2. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Zdravko Rotim, founder of the insurance representation craft HAUS ZASTUPANJE, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vlasnik Zdravko Rotim, Zagreb, Neznane junakinje 1
3. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance and reinsurance distribution business to the pre-company ANKER BROKER društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za brokerske poslove u osiguranju i reosiguranju, with its registered office in Rijeka, Osječka 39
4. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the pre-company MODERATO PLAN d.o.o. za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Lozovac
