7th Meeting

On 20 February 2020, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 7th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the pre-company CROPEA d.o.o. za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Osijek, Vilajska ulica 2
2. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Mišo Pall, founder of the insurance representation craft PALL ZASTUPANJE, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Mišo Pall, Zagreb, Petrovaradinska ulica 1c
3. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the company ŠMIT KONCEPT j.d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb, Ilica 128, personal identification number (OIB): 85950928010
4. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 15 March 2018 to Tomislav Finka, owner of the insurance representation craft LANTERNA ZADAR, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Tomislav Finka, Zadar, Luke Sorkočevića 18, by virtue of the Decision by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/18-01/41, REGNO: 326-01-660-663-18-4, ceased to be valid on 28 January 2020
5. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 7 February 2019 to Verici Mišak Martinjak, owner of the insurance representation craft VMM, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, VL. VERICA MIŠAK MARTINJAK, KRAPINA, ULICA LJUDEVITA GAJA 11, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/19-01/03, REGNO: 326-01-660-22-19-4, ceased to be valid on 9 August 2019
6. Technical instruction for using the system for keeping registers and for training records of insurance and reinsurance distributors
