6th Meeting

On 12 February 2020, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 6th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision determining that the investment firm FALCON BROKERI d.o.o. za investicijske usluge, Zagreb, Ljudevita Gaja 55, personal identification number (OIB): 13216170782, has complied with the supervisory measures and orders referred to in points I and II of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 971-04/18-01/01, REGNO: 326-01-40-42-19-38 of 7 February 2019, thus having eliminated the illegalities and irregularities related to the establishment of measures and procedures ensuring the security, integrity and confidentiality of data, i.e. the development of procedures prescribing the manner of establishing business relations with clients, the establishment of a system for recording telephone communications and making of reports on the compliance with relevant regulations, established by the on-site examination recorded at the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency under CLASS: UP/I 971-04/18-01/01; and terminating the regular on-site examination of the Company
2. Decision granting approval to appoint Krešimir Jušinski from Zagreb, Pogačićeva 1/a, personal identification number (OIB): 24270994611, as a member of the Management Board of the company FALCON BROKERI d.o.o. za investicijske usluge, with its registered office in Zagreb, Ljudevita Gaja 55, personal identification number (OIB): 13216170782, for a term of 5 (five) years, running as of 12 February 2020
3. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance and reinsurance distribution business to the pre-company BUDI SIGURAN d.o.o. za brokerske poslove u osiguranju i reosiguranju, with its registered office in Split, Put mostina 8
4. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Tomislav Perić from Zagreb, Redovka 12, personal identification number (OIB): 35148648686, founder of the insurance representation craft CO 1112-TP, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Tomislav Perić, Zagreb, Dankovečka 87
5. 7. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 13 December 2018 to Vesna Cingesar from Varaždin, Dobriše Cesarića 111, personal identification number (OIB): 69276638327, owner of the insurance representation craft ME-MI, ME-CINGESAR, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Vesna Cingesar, Varaždin, D. Cesarića, by virtue of the Decision by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/18-01/114, REGNO: 326-01-660-22-18-4, ceased to be valid on 24 January 2019
8. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 7 March 2019 to Željko Radak from Split, Vinkovačka 16, personal identification number (OIB): 97394259433, owner of the craft Certus Plus, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Željko Radak, Split, Vinkovačka 16, by virtue of the Decision by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/19-01/10, REGNO: 01-660-22-19-4, ceased to be valid on 8 September 2019
