5th Meeting

On 4 February 2020, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 5th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Danijela Josić, founder of the insurance representation craft JOSIĆ, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Danijela Josić, Petrinja, Ulica Gromova desni odvojak II 10
2. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 13 December 2018 to Željka Bosilj, owner of the insurance representation craft ME–ŽELJKA BOSILJ, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Željka Bosilj, Varaždin, Ive Vojnovića 25, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/18-01/115, REGNO: 01-660-22-18-4, ceased to be valid on 24 January 2019
3. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 20 September 2018 to Antonio Benković, owner of the insurance representation craft MOJA POLICA, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Antonio Benković, Varaždin, Gospodarska 58, by virtue of the Decision by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/18-01/92, REGNO: 326-01-660-663-18-4, ceased to be valid on 31 October 2019
4. Decision rejecting the request of the insurance agency ZASTUPANJE VRBANI d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb, Hrgovići 45, personal identification number (OIB): 55984520406, for the issue of a licence to carry out insurance representation business at the vehicle roadworthiness test garage STP PAKRAC in Pakrac, Kralja Tomislava 79
5. Decision granting authorisation to the company PBZ Invest društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Ilica 5, personal identification number (OIB): 73073960573, for the establishment and management of PBZ Moderate 30, open-ended investment fund with public offering, which includes the approval of the prospectus and rules of the Fund, as well as the approval for the selection of the depositary for the Fund - the company PRIVREDNA BANKA ZAGREB - DIONIČKO DRUŠTVO, with its registered office in Zagreb, Radnička cesta 50, personal identification number (OIB): 02535697732; and granting approval to invest up to 100% of the Fund’s net assets in transferable securities and money market instruments issued or guaranteed by the Republic of Croatia
6. Decision granting approval to the company ERSTE društvo za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2/A, personal identification number (OIB): 49659289650, for the amendments to the statutes of the following mandatory pension funds: ERSTE PLAVI OBVEZNI MIROVINSKI FOND KATEGORIJE A, ERSTE PLAVI OBVEZNI MIROVINSKI FOND KATEGORIJE B and ERSTE PLAVI OBVEZNI MIROVINSKI FOND KATEGORIJE C
