4th Meeting

On 29 January 2020, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 4th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision granting approval to Krunoslav Župan to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the leasing company Erste & Steiermärkische S-Leasing d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb, Zelinska 3, personal identification number (OIB): 46550671661, for a term of office lasting for 3 (three) years
2. Decision granting authorisation to Matija Birov to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the company PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE d.d. za upravljanje obveznim mirovinskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Radnička cesta 44, personal identification number (OIB): 20455535575, for a term of office lasting for 3 (three) years, running as of 5 February 2020
3. Decision granting authorisation to Luka Babić to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the company PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE dioničko društvo za upravljanje obveznim mirovinskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Radnička cesta 44, personal identification number (OIB): 20455535575, for a term of office lasting for four (4) years
4. Decision granting approval to Allianz ZB d.o.o. društvo za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Heinzelova 70, personal identification number (OIB): 58384724129, for material amendments to the statue of AZ mandatory pension fund category A, AZ mandatory pension fund category B and AZ mandatory pension fund category C
5. Decision granting approval to Raiffeisen društvo za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima d.d., with its registered office in Zagreb, Petrinjska 59, personal identification number (OIB): 14148900600, for material amendments to the statue of Raiffeisen mandatory pension fund category A, Raiffeisen mandatory pension fund category B and Raiffeisen mandatory pension fund category C
6. Decision granting approval to PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE dioničko društvo za upravljanje obveznim mirovinskim fondovima from Zagreb, Radnička cesta 44, personal identification number (OIB): 20455535575, for material amendments to the statue of PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE mandatory pension fund - category A, PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE mandatory pension fund - category B and PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE mandatory pension fund - category C
7. Decision on the harmonisation of the guarantee deposit for the year 2020
