44th Meeting

On 21 October 2020, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 44th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Guidelines for conducting insurance business

2. Decision granting approval to Ante Lučić from Zagreb, Ulica Ulderika Donadinija 38 A, OIB: 00525716946, for indirect increase of a qualifying holding in the company Maverick Wealth Management d.o.o. za upravljanje alternativnim investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Ulica grada Vukovara 269 D, OIB: 81230330818, from the current 50% by additional 40% of share in the initial capital and voting rights in that company, reaching 90% of the initial capital and voting rights in the company

3. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the pre-company CO-TIM društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Sigetec Ludbreški

4. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Siniša Ilić from Opatija, Nova cesta 120, OIB: 74657957240, founder of the insurance representation craft AW KONCEPT, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, SINIŠA ILIĆ, OPATIJA, NOVA CESTA 120

Decision terminating the proceedings initiated following the request of the company FIMA INVEST društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Gradišćanska ulica 34, OIB: 32697869602, for the authorisation to delegate administrative activities – AIF assets valuation and AIF unit pricing, including the calculation of tax obligation, to the company KARFIJAM društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje drugim društvima, with its registered office in Varaždin, Vrazova 25, OIB: 23344310218
