3rd Meeting

On 23 January 2020, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 3rd meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Guidelines and Recommendations for acting in accordance with Article 12 of the Act on Compulsory Traffic Insurance when handling claims relating to the compensation of damage to a vehicle

2. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Kristina Kusobrak, founder of the insurance representation craft GT Win-Win, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Kristina Kusobrak, Križevci, Milutina Cihlara - Nehajeva 10

3. Decision granting approval to the company AUCTOR INVEST d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Dežmanova 5, personal identification number (OIB): 10637066676, to delegate internal audit tasks to the company MARK GABRIEL CONSULTING j.d.o.o. with its registered office in Zagreb, Hećimovićeva ulica 11, personal identification number (OIB): 33020255035
