38th Meeting

On 10 September 2020, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 38th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance on the requirements for performing the function of a member of the management board and a member of the supervisory board of an insurance and/or reinsurance company, authorised officer of an insurance and/or reinsurance company and an authorised representative of a branch of an insurance and/or reinsurance company

2. Decision granting approval to Marko Vuković and Ivan Žabčić for the publication of a takeover bid relating to the acquisition of the company  KARLOVAČKA BANKA d.d., Karlovac, Ivana Gorana Kovačića 1, OIB 08106331075

3. Decision granting approval to the company ZB Invest d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Samoborska cesta 145, OIB: 23889363045, to establish and manage ZB Alpha, an open-ended investment sub-fund with public offering, and to include this sub-fund into the umbrella UCITS fund ZB Invest Funds

4. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Branka Kupčinovac, founder of the insurance representation craft DOBAR DEAL, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, own. BRANKA KUPČINOVAC, OSIJEK, VUKOVARSKA 264

5. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Miro Stolić, founder of the insurance representation craft Euro trust, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Miro Stolić, Knin, Josipa Kosora 3

6. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business Matija Puljar, founder of the insurance representation craft “MP2”, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Matija Puljar, Karlovac, Žumberačka 82

7. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 3 February 2017 to Maja Galić, founder of the insurance representation craft GALIĆ, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, own. MAJA GALIĆ, ZAGREB, KNINSKI TRG 17, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: AP/I 974-03/17-01/26, REGNO: 326-01-660-663-17-2 ceased to be valid on 18 February 2020
8. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 14 December 2006 to the company D&D ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću, with its registered office in Slavonski Brod, Kraljice Jelene 43, OIB: 85018702978, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: AP/I-453-06/06-03/105, REGNO: 326-112-06-2 ceased to be valid on 22 April 2020
