28th Meeting

On 25 June 2020, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 28th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision revoking the licence (for the provision of investment services and performance of investment activities and related ancillary services from points 1, 2, 4 and 5 of Article 5(1) and points 3, 4, 5, 7 of Article 5(2) of the Capital Market Act, issued by virtue of Hanfa’s Decision of 25 February 2010, CLASS: UP/1-451-04/09-02/60, REGNO: 326-111/10-13) of the company FALCON BROKERI d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb, Ljudevita Gaja 55, OIB: 13216170782; and ordering the Company to immediately upon receipt of this Decision, and no later than within 8 (eight) days, deactivate the website at http://www.falcon-brokeri.hr/ and without delay notify the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency thereof
2. Decision granting authorisation to Sanja Osojnik to perform the function of a member of the management board of the leasing company AGRAM LEASING d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb, Remetinečka cesta 98, OIB: 48922277230, for the term of four (4) years
3. Decision granting approval to Mario Martinović to directly acquire a qualifying holding in the factoring company ESC Factoring d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb, Zaharova 7, OIB: 00180729178, representing a share of 17% in the share capital and voting rights; and granting approval to Lina Paurević from Zagreb, Koledinečka 3, OIB: 84623102052, to directly acquire a qualifying holding in the Company representing a share of 17% in the share capital and voting rights
4. Decision determining that the licence to conduct insurance distribution activities issued on 25 February 2010 to Barbara Boronić Nikić, co-owner of the insurance representation craft UNA zastupanje u osiguranju, joint craft, owned by Dubravka Davutović and Barbara Boronić Nikić, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I-453-02/10-37/8, REGNO: 326-112-10-2, ceased to be valid on 29 May 2020
