24th Meeting

On 28 May 2020, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 24th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision suspending the procedure initiated upon the application of Ivana Sičanica for the authorisation to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the factoring company PLUS A-FAKTOR d.o.o., with its registered office in Rijeka, Slavka Krautzeka 77/A, personal identification number (OIB): 52348835482
2. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Marija Radošević, founder of the insurance representation craft AGENCIJA RIOS, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, MARIJA RADOŠEVIĆ, PUŽI 56, MUČIĆI, JURDANI
3. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Josipa Ružman and Vatroslav Ružman, founders of the insurance representation craft SIGMA, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Josipa Ružman i Vatroslav Ružman, Valpovo, A. Starčevića 23b
