On 21 May 2020, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 23rd meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

  1. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 6 November 2019 to Tomislav Udovičić, founder of the insurance representation craft UNLIMITED CO, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Tomislav Udovičić, Zagreb, Stubička 19, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/19-01/76, REGNO: 326-01-22-19-4, ceased to be valid on 7 May 2020
  2. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 6 November 2019 to Ivana Žagar, founder of the insurance representation craft ZELINA ZASTUPANJE, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, IVANA ŽAGAR, SVETI IVAN ZELINA, POLONJE 70A, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/19-01/77, REGNO: 326-01-22-19-4, ceased to be valid on 7 May 2020
