22nd Meeting

On 14 May 2020, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 22nd meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance on corporate governance-related information that needs to be submitted by issuers to the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency, and on the form, time limits and manner of its submission
2. Technical instruction for entities obliged to submit regulated information to the Officially Appointed Mechanism of Regulated Information and to the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency
3. Decision granting approval to Tomislav Tičić to directly acquire a qualifying holding in the investment fund management company PROSPERUS - INVEST društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Ulica grada Vukovara 269 G/6, Republic of Croatia, personal identification number (OIB): 58670915471, reaching 10% of the initial capital and voting rights of that company
4. Decision granting approval to Luka Orešković to directly acquire a qualifying holding in the investment fund management company PROSPERUS - INVEST društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Ulica grada Vukovara 269 G/6, Republic of Croatia, personal identification number (OIB): 58670915471, reaching 45% of the initial capital and voting rights of that company
5. Decision granting authorisation to the alternative investment fund management company CGS Capital d.o.o. za osnivanje i upravljanje alternativnim investicijskim fondovima with its registered office in Zagreb, Miramarska 24, personal identification number (OIB): 28282983081, to operate as a large AIFM, namely to carry out the activities referred to in Artcile 11(1)(1) of the Alternative Investment Fund Management Act - AIF management
6. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Leon Levak, founder of the insurance representation craft D.L.Levak, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, owned by Leon Levak, Krapina, Ul. dr. F. Tuđmana 2
7. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 11 November 2016 to Darko Levak, founder of the insurance representation craft D.L. LEVAK, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Darko Levak, Petrovsko, Slatina Svedruška 121, by virtue of the Decision by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/16-01/139, REGNO: 326-01-660-663-16-3, ceased to be valid on 5 April 2020
