21st Meeting

On 7 May 2020, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 21st meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision granting approval to the company IMPERIAL RIVIERA d.d., Rab, Jurja Barakovića 2, personal identification number (OIB): 90896496260, for a single prospectus relating to the admission to the regulated market of 488,012 registered dematerialised ordinary shares without a nominal value
2. Decision granting authorisation to GRIFFON ASSET MANAGEMENT d.o.o. alternative investment fund management company, with its registered office in Osijek, Šetalište Petra Preradovića 3, personal identification number (OIB): 24139029403, for the establishment and management of Passive Digital Asset open-ended alternative investment fund with private offering, granting approval for the Rules of the Fund and granting approval for the selection of HRVATSKA POŠTANSKA BANKA d.d., Zagreb, Jurišićeva 4, personal identification number (OIB): 87939104217, as the depositary of the Fund
3. Decision determining that the authorisations to conduct insurance business issued to the non-life insurance company IZVOR OSIGURANJE dioničko društvo za poslove neživotnog osiguranja, Zagreb, Trpinjska 9, by virtue of the decisions by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I-453-02/10-30/2, REGNO: 326-112-10-20, of 23 September 2010 and UP/I-453-02/11-30/13, REGNO: 326-112-11-5 of 8 September 2011 ceased to be valid ex lege on 30 April 2020
