1st Meeting

On 9 January 2020, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 1st meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision granting authorisation to Suzana Skorija to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the leasing company HETA Asset Resolution Hrvatska d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb, Slavonska avenija 6a, personal identification number (OIB): 87064273078, for the term of office lasting from the day of her appointment to 31 December 2020
2. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Vladimir Tuković, founder of the insurance representation craft TUKI, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Vladimir Tuković, Bedenica, Bedenica 105f
3. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Ivan Uroda, founder of the insurance representation craft GUARDIANS INTERMEDIARY SOLUTIONS, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Ivan Uroda, Rijeka, Strossmayerova 3
4. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Damir Novina, founder of the insurance representation craft REDANIA, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, owned by Damir Novina, Krapina, Velika Ves 2a
5. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the pre-company ICF CROATIA d.o.o. za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Zagreb, Badalićeva 26c

Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 23 December 2016 to Petra Ćosić, owner of the insurance representation craft HA-EM, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, owned by Petra Ćosić, Velika Gorica, Slavka Kolara 2, by virtue of the Decision by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/16-01/168, REGNO: 326-01-660-663-16-2, ceased to be valid on 25 February 2019
7. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 30 September 2016 to Barbara Lebić, owner of the insurance representation craft BALEOS, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, owned by Barbara Lebić, Velika Mlaka, Ivana Lackovića 1, by virtue of the Decision by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/16-01/123, REGNO: 326-01-660-663-16-3, ceased to be valid on 28 January 2019
8. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 8 December 2017 to Emilija Smolić, owner of the insurance representation craft L&R, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, owned by Emilija Smolić, Domovinskog rata 29 c, Podstrana, by virtue of the Decision by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/17-01/128, REGNO: 326-01-660-663-17-3, ceased to be valid on 2 July 2019
