18th Meeting

On 16 April 2020, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 18th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision granting authorisation to Anita Cvanciger to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the pension fund management company Raiffeisen društvo za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima d.d., with its registered office in Zagreb, Petrinjska 59, personal identification number (OIB): 14148900600, for a term of office lasting for 4 (four) years

2. Decision granting authorisation to Heinz Bednar to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the pension fund management company ERSTE društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Ulica Ivana Lučića 2/A, personal identification number (OIB): 49659289650, for a term of office lasting for four (4) years

3. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 12 February 2020 to Tomislav Perić, owner of the insurance representation craft CO 1112-TP, OBRT ZA ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, owned by TOMISLAV PERIĆ, ZAGREB, DANKOVEČKA ULICA 87, by virtue of the Decision by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/20-01/11, REGNO: 326-01-22-20-4, ceased to be valid on 23 March 2020

4. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 12 February 2020 to Ivan Matković, owner of the insurance representation craft CROMAT, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju,owned by Ivan Matković, Sesvete, Selčinska ulica 7, by virtue of the Decision by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/20-01/09, REGNO: 326-01-22-20-4, ceased to be valid on 24 March 2020
