10th Meeting

On 12 March 2020, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 10th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the structure and contents of annual and semi-annual reports and other reports of alternative investment funds
2. Decision ordering Zagrebačka burza d.d. (Zagreb Stock Exchange), Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a/22, personal identification number (OIB): 84368186611, to temporarily suspend trading in all financial instruments on the regulated market until the end of the trading day 12 March 2020, for the purpose of investor protection
3. Decision granting authorisation to Robert Vučković to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the insurance company CROATIA osiguranje d.d., Vatroslava Jagića 33, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 26187994862, for the term lasting until 31 December 2022, running as of the day of his appointment
4. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Drago Turalija, founder of the insurance representation craft MMD, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, VL. DRAGO TURALIJA, ZAPREŠIĆ, AUGUSTA ŠENOE 144
5. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Verica Mišak Martinjak, founder of the insurance representation craft VMM, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, VERICA MIŠAK MARTINJAK, SVETI KRIŽ ZAČRETJE, LJUDEVITA GAJA 7
