8th Meeting

On 22 February 2019, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 8th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance on requirements for membership of the management and supervisory board of an AIFM and for membership of the supervisory board of a closed-ended AIF with external manager
2. Ordinance on the issuance of authorisation to AIFMs and documentation to be submitted along with the notification of the acquisition of a qualifying holding in an AIFM
3. Ordinance on the issuance of authorisation for the establishment and operation of AIFs
4. Ordinance on status changes of AIFs without legal personality and on terms and conditions for changes in the distinctiveness and type of AIFs
5. Ordinance on the content and manner of keeping the register of AIFMs and AIFs
6. Decision revoking the authorisation to conduct factoring operations issued to the company Raiffeisen FACTORING d.o.o., Zagreb, Magazinska cesta 69, personal identification number (OIB): 95180802194, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 973-03/16-01/02; REGNO: 326-01-550-552-17-9 of 24 February 2017
7. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the pre-company MEDIA FORTIS d.o.o. za zastupanje u osiguranju, Zagreb
8. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the pre-company PD FAKTOR društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za zastupanje u osiguranju, Vrbovec
