48th Meeting

On 12 December 2019, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 48th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance on costs to be covered by the assets of voluntary pension funds and on the manner and contents of the calculation of total cost indicators of voluntary pension funds

2. Ordinance on reporting breaches or suspected breaches of the provisions of the Capital Market Act, Regulation (EU) No 600/2014, Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and Regulation (EU) No 909/2014

3. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on determining the net asset value of AIFs and the price of AIF units

4. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on determining the net asset value of UCITS and the price of UCITS units

5. Guidelines on benchmarks used by pension companies when investing in transferable equity securities

6. Decision granting authorisation to Marijana Jakovac to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company ALLIANZ ZAGREB d.d., Heinzelova 70, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 23759810849, for a term of office lasting for 4 (four) years, running as of the 8th (eighth) day following the day of the adoption of Hanfa’s decision

7. Decision granting approval to Roman Rinkovec to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the investment firm Credos d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb, Nemčićeva 7, personal identification number (OIB): 21667415955, for a term of office lasting for 5 (five) years, running as of 15 December 2019

8. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Branko Lipić, founder of the insurance representation craft LB5, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Branko Lipić, Draškovec, K. Zvonimira 4

9. Decision granting approval to Zagrebačka burza d.d. (Zagreb Stock Exchange), with its registered office in Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a/22, personal identification number (OIB): 84368186611, to register as administrator of non-significant regulated-data benchmarks in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 2016/1011
